DMJM Harris was responsible for the waterfront planning, landscape architecture, engineering design, permitting, preparation of contract documents and construction administration for the development of more than 140 acres of the main park area between Freedom Way and the water, South Overlook and the North Terminal areas.

 

Our team was responsible for the waterfront walkway planning, material selection and walkway design including paving materials and construction, site furnishings, grading and drainage site utilities, landscaping, preparation of construction documents and construction administration. We were also responsible for the programming and design of the 140 acres between Liberty Walk and Freedom Way, including the North Terminal area improvements, a 10,000 seat Amphitheater, the Green Park and improvements to the South Overlook.
